Say Bismillah, then wash both hands three times.

Rinse your mouth with water three times.

Sniff water into your nose with your right hand, then expel it with your left hand, three times.

Wash the whole face three times, from the hairline to the chin and ear to ear.

Wash your arms from the fingertips up to and including the elbow: right arm three times, then left arm three times.

With both wet hands, wipe your head once, from the forehead to the back of the head, then back to the forehead.

Using the same wet hands from the previous step, wipe your ears once: index fingers for the inside, thumbs for the area behind the ears.

Wash the feet starting from the toes up to and including the ankle: right foot three times, then left foot three times.
