With your permission, we collect your precise device location to calculate accurate prayer times, Qibla direction, and nearby mosques, and to show local weather on your dashboard. On mobile, this may include background location access so prayer time reminders stay accurate as your location changes, even when the app is closed. Location data is used only to power these features and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform: creating your account, processing bookings and payments, sending session confirmations and calendar invites, and improving our services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary information with teachers you book sessions with (such as your name and email) so they can conduct your session, and with service providers (such as our payment processor and email provider) strictly to operate the platform.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app: go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, confirm the action, and your account and data will be permanently removed. This does not require contacting us.
